Unlocking Industry Potential, One Step at a Time

Maryland Food Manufacturing Peer Network

The Peer Network is a dynamic, six-month program connecting food manufacturing professionals across the state. This collaborative forum will:

  • Share Best Practices & Solutions: Exchange strategies for overcoming workforce challenges and operational hurdles.
  • Deepen Industry Knowledge: Strengthen expertise in critical areas such as scaling operations and business growth, food safety compliance, manufacturing efficiency, product development, packaging and labeling, and evolving regulatory requirements.
  • Engage Through Interactive Learning: Monthly meetings will alternate between in-person and virtual formats, featuring expert-led discussions and peer-to-peer collaboration.
  • Build a Strong Community: Participants will forge valuable relationships, share insights, and explore innovative solutions together, creating a robust network of professionals.
