AI Breakout Session 1 – COTY
From Data to Action: Practical AI Applications in Manufacturing
Artificial intelligence is often discussed as a future-state technology, but manufacturers can apply it today to solve real business challenges. In this session, Yoni Robuck, Senior Manager of Operational Excellence at Coty’s Hunt Valley manufacturing facility, will share practical examples of how AI is being leveraged to improve productivity, simplify access to critical knowledge, support workforce development, automate repetitive processes, and strengthen operational excellence.
The discussion will highlight real-world applications including AI-powered knowledge management, Microsoft Copilot, workflow automation, frontline training support, and transforming manufacturing data into actionable insights. Attendees will learn how manufacturers can take a pragmatic approach to AI adoption that focuses on measurable business value, workforce enablement, and continuous improvement rather than technology for technology’s sake.
Technology Session 1 – Textron
TSUNAMI® USV : Accelerating Autonomous Maritime Manufacturing
When customer needs demand speed, manufacturers must rethink traditional approaches to design, sourcing, and production. In this session, Textron Systems will share the story behind its Tsunami autonomous maritime platform and how the company is rapidly responding to an emerging customer need by leveraging the existing U.S. commercial boat-building industry alongside the defense industrial supply chain.
Attendees will hear how Textron Systems is bringing together commercially available U.S.-built hulls, advanced technology, supplier capabilities, and manufacturing expertise to accelerate production and deliver mission-ready autonomous systems on an aggressive timeline.
TSUNAMI is a registered trademark of Textron Systems Corporation.
