About the Presenter:
Jim Wetzel
Co-Founder of the NxGen Group
Jim Wetzel’s career has been driven by innovation and the pursuit of excellence. Known as a visionary in SMART Manufacturing, he was one of the early national champions of this transformative approach.
Jim spent the majority of his career at General Mills, where he retired as Director of Engineering – Global Reliability. In this role, he led efforts to enhance manufacturing processes across the globe. He also served as Chairman of the Board for the Smart Manufacturing Leadership Coalition (SMLC) and was the interim CEO of the Clean Energy Smart Manufacturing Innovation Institute.
